Thinking back on the-recent land purchase South of Krotz Springs brings back good memories. I had been looking for a small piece of land that I could hunt on as well as take my grandkids hunting on. It seems that most of the available lands were out of my reach. When I got the word that a place was for sale across the levee from our family land I got excited. The asking price was out of my budget range but Mr. Fisher negotiated with the land owner and allowed me to purchase 1/2 of the parcel. We met 3 or 4 times on the property, twice with the owner and surveyed the land prior to finalizing the deal. The closing went very smooth. I would give Mr. Fisher a 5/5 rating as he was very familiar with the property and I am sure that he would treat anyone with the same respect that he treated me during this transaction.
