During the buying process, our family experienced two significant life events—a new grandbaby and the loss of a family member. In addition, my husband and I were often in different locations, which meant we were not as available or involved as we normally would have been during a real estate transaction.

Taylor was far above what we would consider normal expectations for a real estate agent. She communicated exceptionally well, stayed on top of every detail, and kept the entire process moving forward when we simply couldn't give it the attention we normally would. We always knew where things stood and never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks.
