Steve knew exactly what I was looking for. He knows the area very well, knows who owns a lot of the properties, who the neighbors would be, class of deer harvested in the area, basically everything I needed to know to make an informed decision on which properties were best for me. There was never any pressure, everything he told me about the properties was accurate and honest. Steve is a great realtor and now friend and I will certainly be working with him again in the future.
