Ryan was responsive and eager to show me around multiple properties until we found one that fit what I was looking for. It was an estate sale, so it wasn't easy to get information from the seller. There was a locked garage on the property that I wanted to ensure would be emptied out before closing, so to make sure the sale went through Ryan personally promised to empty the garage himself if we took possession and found it full of junk. That eliminated headaches trying to negotiate with the estate, and he was good for his word. Shortly after closing, he showed up with a big trailer and spent an entire day hauling junk away for us. Ryan is willing to put in real work for his clients, and we couldn't be happier with our new land!
