It's very rare for me to write a company with respect to customer service. In my world - I'm a professor of finance, economics, and accounting and owner/operator of a business services consulting firm - outstanding performance is expected. While I am often disappointed by results in my interactions with people in the business community, I must commend you and your company. Clyde Hutchinson has been nothing short of stellar while brokering a transaction for a relatively small property (50 acres). While this parcel is a small addition to my adjoining farm, it will have a special place in my mind simply because Mr. Hutchinson treated it with the attention deserving of a 500 acre piece of prime Kansas whitetail habitat. I have purchased hundreds of acres directly from landowners and never completed a transaction through a broker. This has been surprisingly fun and I've made a great friend in the land and hunting industry, as well.
