Having spent nearly two years looking for some acreage on which to build our future home, we had grown weary of the process and the lack of results. We had given up or postponed our search on several occasions and ultimately sought the advice of several real estate agents over the course of time. The spring of 2013 brought renewed enthusiasm to once again pursue the search that began in 2011. It was our son-in-law that suggested talking to Bob Stalberger because “...Bob looks at land from a different perspective”. After our initial meeting with Bob we were impressed by his interest and attention to the specifics of our vision of “our dream property” (not a short list). A few days after that meeting we received Bob’s initial list of recommendations to which we provided specific feedback on what we liked in terms of cost, location and features. I have only known Todd Mensing a short time as he recently handled the sale of some hunting land for me. He is very professional and also a very personable individual.
I was pleased in every way with his handling of the property. He responded promptly when I contacted him, setting up an appointment to view the property a few days later on a Satruday morning, as this was convenient for me. He walked the property and took a number of photos. When the property was listed online, I thought he wrote a consise and accurate description of the property that preseented the best features to go along with the photos.

Zed, I saw your name this morning and just thought I would drop you a note. The property we bought in Garnett has been perfect for our family, just wanted to say thank you for your part in our purchase. My 17 year old son Jared and I just did our hunter safety and look forward to hunting on our own land. Neither one of us have hunted before so we will see how it goes. We have feeders out and I can see by the cameras that animals are at least coming in. Hope you and your family are doing well.

Thanks for checking up with me on Friday. We absolutely love the property. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to spend as much time out there as we want to. Hopefully that will be changing. A lot of geese fly right over the house. I’ve seen some deer including a very nice 5x5 in velvet. Not quite sure where to put up my first stand. There is also a covey of ruffed grouse, about 6, that have made several appearances on the property.
A belated “Thank You” for the cream can cooker and hat. My youngest son took the hat immediately. He loves your company logo. The hat is doing your PR in Wyoming, so not much help to you. We have used the cooker twice, so far. We had an open house last Sunday and used it for all the guests. (Brats from Vergas, corn, potatoes, carrots, onions and cabbage from the local farmer.) They loved it. My dad used to cook in one so it brought back very fond memories to my family and guest who knew my Dad.
