I was particularly impressed that Neil made the extra effort, on his own time, after the sale was closed, to pick up the buyer at the Minneapolis airport, transport him some 200 miles to northern Wisconsin so we could cover some items we had on a separate bill of sale, which, I might add, Neil received no commission. Then return the buyer to the Minneapolis airport, all in the same day. Wow! I'm guessing that Neil must be one of the top producers, if not the top producer, in your organization. I would like to tell you what an outstanding job Mr. Ben Plattner did with both listing, showing and selling our farm property.
