When I got Gary’s flyer I thought I’d give him a call. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought someone would take the amount of time he did to position my property for sale. He did aerial views via a drone. Mapped it, photo it and walked every inch of it. Gary talked to me about the listing price and talked me through several negotiations until we sold it just this April 2018.
