Clay was awesome, he handled everything incredibly well. He kept me informed every step of the way. He posted our listing in mid October and SHA-BAM!!!! We closed on the 9th of November. I have all ready recommended Whitetail Properties/Clay Lockard to a friend who has had no success with their 57 acres and two other traditional real estate companies, I have no doubt in Clay's abilities to help out. Chuck answered every question I asked. Always promptly returned calls, (texts). He was always willing to share his ideas and thoughts. For example he drew me a map showing his advise for food plots and stand placement. He also recommended a gentleman who will inspect your property and offer ideas on food plot location and what to plant. He even called the guy and told him to expect a call.
