I contacted Billy over a year ago to look at a property. Although it wasn't what I wanted, Billy kept looking for me and sent me information when a property came up I might like. He was always helpful and patient, and looked for the specific things I wanted. Anytime I wasn't interested he encouraged me that we will find the right property.

I want to let you know how responsive and helpful Dave was. I had a friend share a Facebook post that Dave had on a property that was about to be listed. I contacted him the next day and we went to see the property. I put in an offer the next day and am now a landowner. Dave walked the entire property with me and pointed out some features that really made this little property something that worked for me. We discussed some of the things that he (or I guess it's ya'll) can do to improve the property in order to be a better tract. I plan to have Whitetail Properties do some shooting lane clearing, mowing power lines and tilling up some food plots. We cannot express enough how much of a genuinely good person Chip is. Within minutes of inquiring about the property online, Chip was on the phone connecting with my husband. He was never pushy. Quite the opposite, he was very supportive and informative. No matter the day or time, when we contacted him with questions he was within minutes of helping us. In our opinion, he is a true asset to your company. Not only did he help in every step of the process in buying property, he continues to help with both me and my husband in finding jobs and a place to rent while our property is being cleared. (we are relocating from Ohio to the Carolinas). I'm from the Carolinas, my husband is from Cleveland, OH area. Bob was great! We discussed up front the potential value, he toured the property, etc. We decided to list and Bob did a great job of capturing the property in pictures, drones, etc. Then when it came to selling he courted multiple offers to my best interest. He could have probably been better off personally with the lower bidder, but he put me as the seller ahead of his own personal gain. I left impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
