I just cannot say enough good things about Jeff. My father had assembled a large recreational/hunting property in Ste. Genevieve over a 50-year time span. Our father passed and our family made the tough decision to sell all of the properties in the estate as there were multiple siblings involved. Dad was Conservation Commissioner of Missouri for two terms, but we had no idea as to the value of land or how to draw up a listing contract without an agent’s assistance. Jeff was referred to us by Dave Weber at Ste. Genevieve Title Company, who our family had know for a very long time, respected, and trusted deeply. He gave Jeff high accolades. We interviewed other agents as well, but Jeff’s mannerism, work ethic and honesty won us over. I am a real estate broker myself and had been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and was very fortunate in terms of my success. Without hesitation, I would have attempted to recruit Jeff; however, in retrospect, he is right where he should be and in a field where he excels because he loves it and has an endless passion for all aspects of it. Jeff is one of those that could sell anything he wanted; provided he believes in it. Jeff actually sold most of our property by word of mouth per our request and did so in record time. Jeff matches buyers and does not try to sell someone land that would not be a good fit. He sizes this up quickly while moving at an appropriate pace. He does the correct thing even from a sellers’ standpoint. As I said, I just cannot say enough. Hardworking goes without saying and always a pleasure. Jeff gets the job done maximizing return, time and just has the knack. It was such a good experience that I wish I had more to sell.

This was an amazing experience!!! Tondo has gone way beyond any expectations that I might have had. I cannot begin to list the things that he has done on his own time to help me purchase this property and introduce me to the tenants and neighbors and help me work on a QDMA plan. He joined me at the title company and before the ink was dry he was driving me to the property to take me deer hunting. I purchased the property sight unseen and it is absolutely perfect in every respect! This is truly a dream come true. Not only do I have a beautiful farm, but a great new friend as well.

We recently listed and sold our vacation property in Northern Wisconsin through Whitetail Properties. Our agent, Mike Cashman, was fairly new to the business so we were a little unsure he would be able to deliver. Well, we were wrong! Mike is an excellent real estate agent. In spite of the fact that he was located several hours away from our property, he made an effort to be at every showing. He walked the property with potential clients and followed up after each showing. He did his best to answer all potential buyer questions. In about a month, we had an offer on our property, with basically no contingencies other than financing, and less than a month later it was sold. We are very satisfied with the work Mike did on our behalf and recommend him to anyone who needs assistance in Northern Wisconsin. My overall land buying experience was a disaster until I met Brian. He was well versed on the propety lines and history of the parcels. Previous agents, from other realtors, did not return calls/messges. They would either provide me a location to go look at or take me to the property and tell me to walk it on my own. Brian was incredable. He took me places like swamps, ridge tops, etc., that required a lot of time and extreme effort on his part. He has extensive knowledge of the woods, crops, wildlife patterns, etc. He worked very well between us and the seller to ensure we had a smooth transaction. HE IS GREAT!
