Ben Richardson did a fantastic job. On our first tour of the property with the Family, we jumped a doe. Little did we know, hours before our arrival she had dropped a fawn. With Ben’s outdoorsman abilities we found the fawn and were able to capture wonderful photos. Being from the same rural community, we have known the Richardson family for many years. Ben comes from good stock. He is a God fearing, honest, hardworking, family man and outdoorsman. It took about 6 months negations before the previous Owner and I agreed on the terms of sale. Ben was always very responsive throughout the process. Without his assistance I truly feel the deal would not have closed. Our family is extremely happy to have this property. We have other properties, but this one is the most unique of all. We can't thank Whitetail Properties and Ben enough for making our dream of owning this one come true.
