Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Dave & Ann White of Whitetail Properties in Southeast Idaho. I buy and sell land and it was my first time working in Bear Lake County, ID. He and Ann even drove out to the property, which was way up in the mountains, to take pictures of it and check it out for me. I ended up purchasing the property. After closing on it, they listed it for me. They had all the pictures from their trip out there a few weeks earlier and Ann wrote a great description that really told a story about the property. The listing went live on a Friday and 2 days later they found a buyer for me. We got a full price cash offer. We ended up closing a few weeks later and ended up closing a few days earlier than what was in the contract which was great for oth parties. I have been a part of 100's of real estate transactions over the years and this was the first one that closed without one single issue and i attribute that to their attention to detail. I'm looking for more properties in their area so i can work with them again and again. I'm very picky with the agens i work with and highly recommend the Whites. From the first contact we made on a site at a property, we knew he was a great fit for us. We've worked with several real estate agents before meeting him, and none of them put as much time or effort into actually finding what we wanted as Spenser did. In fact, most of them couldn't even produce the information we asked, such as restrictions, HOA fees, etc.. If they did get the information, it would be days later, and maybe even the next week or two. That was one of the best things about Spenser. When we had a question, he would get the information needed usually the same day, and if not, the next day, when possible. He was even able to give us maps, including flood plain maps, which were all very helpful in making our decision. It was also very easy to set up a meeting with him. He was usually able to meet us when we wanted to, sometimes even with short notice, or the next day or so.

Something we absolutely loved was his ability to take us onto properties wit his UTV when there was in internal trail system. Being able to ride through the property is actually what made us decide to purchase the land we did. Being able to see the terrain makes all the difference.

Another thing that we both appreciated very much, is the fact that Spenser isn't pushy at all. We don't like feeling like a real estate agent is trying to push us into a sale just so they can make commission on it. He never once made us feel that way. In fact, he was very patient with us, and made us feel like friends instead of just buyers. He also reached out to us many times with properties he though we might be interested in, which made us feel good to know that he was actually looking our for us and trying to find properties that met our needs instead of just sending us random places to look at.

Overall, we've had a great great experience working with Spenser, and we would highly recommend him to any other potential buyers.
