  • I want to let you know that my family and I had an excellent experience working with Whitetail Properties, especially our agent, Spenser Bradley. He is excellent to work with. We are first time rural land buyers and I can’t imagine having a better agent. He is professional, down to earth, straightforward, knowledgeable, insightful, and patient. A few months before engaging with Spenser we had contacted another agent who basically told us to look online and if we saw something he would go see it with us. In my mind taking 4 people out to look at properties could get tricky, especially with young kids, but our many property visits were great. Our kids were excited to go ride around with ‘Mr. Spenser.


    After we found a property and made an offer. He kept us informed about where we were in the process and was always available if we had questions. He was prompt in reaching out to the seller’s agent to get our questions answered.


    He provided us with guidance about resources available to landowners from organizations like Alabama Wildlife Federation, Alabama Forestry Commission, state agencies, and NRCS. In the short time we’ve had the property I’ve had 2 free consultations based on Spenser’s input.


    He has made himself available to help us post sale too.


    I can’t imagine a better land agent, or buying land with anyone else. If any of my friends talk about buying land I won’t hesitate to refer them to Spenser. He is a credit to Whitetail Properties.

  • Just a quick note on behalf of Megan and I to say thanks for all the help on the Summersville property.


    We were committed to purchasing a property by the time we reached out to you and several other agents at the start of October.


    The Summersville property was the one we really wanted so we genuinely appreciate the fact that you were the first to respond and kept the process moving along by meeting me at the property and making Joel available too, along with all the questions I was asking. (Megan and the kids were making fun of me when they heard I asked you what a side by side was but were impressed that you answered with a straight face).


    We really did pack a lot in to a short period of time to be able to close on December 9th. That was good going.

We would like to commend Tre on his professionalism and the ability to answer any questions that we had during the process of purchasing this farm.
