Dustin went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected of a real estate agent in selling our home. He helped repair things in the house and worked several hours on landscaping that needed fixing. Neighboring realtors had no idea how the extra efforts by Dustin made them look bad. The property was widely advertised, and its special features were highlighted. The fact that it contained a conservation easement made the transaction more difficult than it should have been.

Chris Weaver is a man of his word. He doggedly persisted through 2 1/2 years of negotiations, legal issues, delays and never-ending frustrations to get us to the finish line and successfully complete the closing of this property sale. He handled multiple difficult situations throughout this period with grace, fortitude and resolve. We have spent many, many years looking for the right property, and Chris Weaver delivered.
