I don't want to sound like an ad, but this guy did a GREAT job for us!! If you are in his area and need a realtor, I highly suggest giving Justin a call. We went through three different realtors, at three different companies, who drug us through all kinds of BS and lengthy contracts, with nothing to show in the end. We finally found and hired Justin and he had the property sold in the first month, with the first contract, for FULL ASKING PRICE. Again, I highly recommend hiring him if you have the option!
