I have been hunting for quite some time and have had some decent success while doing it. Through the graciousness of a handful of landowner’s, I have been fortunate enough to have access to some pretty good hunting properties throughout South Central and Eastern Illinois. As good of a situation as it was to be able to enjoy the great outdoors on these parcels of ground, there was one thing that was missing. For as long as I can remember, I have always dreamt of hunting land of my own. Something that I could call mine, where I wouldn’t have to seek permission from the landowner to alter the ground to enhance my hunting opportunities. I recently purchased a couple of small parcels in a fairly complicated transaction and used Whitetail Properties as my representative in the transaction. Over the years, I have bought and sold many properties and each has represented different challenges. This particular transaction was far and away the most complicated due to the layout of the land and the personalities involved. I do not think this transaction would have taken place without the experience of Gary Carty. In a way I have not observed in other real estate professionals, Gary skillfully worked with the sensitivities of all parties and managed the deal to a close in a manner that was best for all involved. It is clear to me that Whitetail Properties hires only the best professionals to represent it and I will turn to Gary Carty for my future transactions.
