"Jeff got us started on our path to finding a homesteading property to retire to. We had never purchased farm land, grew up in the city, and are not hunters, so we were in unfamiliar territory. We were interested in seeing property across the state of Missouri and had developed a list of requirements to work from. We requested to see several properties across Southern Missouri over the course of a week in January. Jeff started us off in East Missouri and made arrangements to meet other agents as we worked our way west. Later that week we met with Bruce and Carter. All were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and patient with us. As we continued to look for properties online from our home in Florida, Jeff made Carter our primary agent. We combined looking at properties with other personal trips we were taking. Even with limited schedule flexibility and some short notices, Carter was always able to arrange viewings at our request and on our schedule. As we closed in on what we were looking for, Carter answered our questions and helped us out with our particular circumstance. He was always quick to respond to calls, emails, and texts, and in the end made the process as low stress as possible. One of the things we really liked about Carter and the Whitetail Properties group was the heated side-by-side and GPS-aided map to get a tour of the properties. In summary, we were very pleased with our experience and the level of service that Carter provided. We would definitely work with him again if the opportunity arises, and would recommend him to anyone interested in land in the area."
