"I would like to write today to express how happy we were with our experience selling our home with Kevin Yokum at Whitetail Properties. We had a home in Snowshoe, West Virginia, splitting our time between there and our primary residence in New York City. It seemed like serendipity, as when I made the decision to sell our home, I soon after received a flyer in the mail from Whitetail Properties. Despite my having reached out to three other realty agencies (including Snowshoe RE/MAX), no one would return my calls nor answer my web inquiries. "Aaron is exceptional! From the very first phone call with him where he spent approx. an hour with me on the phone learning what I was looking for and what our budget was. Aaron stayed in contact and sent me potential properties to look at and even counseled me against one property knowing that it would not be in my wheelhouse. I am thankful that he did that.
