My name is Jason, and I wanted to share an experience I recently had with one of your agents. I know the world of sales, as I run a sales division for a large Healthcare IT company. I also know how hard successful sales people have to work. My experience with Whitetail Properties overall was fair. But, there is one individual who made that experience great! Oddly enough, it was not my own real estate agent, but the seller's agent, Brian Ruesch.

I have to say, Brian was under no obligation to help me, and could have let my agent handle everything. But, if he had, I don't think you would have earned my business. I was not getting the attention and answers needed from my end. Brian went above and beyond to help answer any questions myself, wife, family and friends had.  Brian personally introduced me to several contacts within Wood county, who I needed to get answers from in order to satisfy my offer contingencies. On top of that, Brian always made himself available, provided his personal cell number to myself, was willing to show the land, follow up on open items, and is just genuinely a fun and nice guy to be around.

With times tough through a sales cycle, sales reps/agents need to hear that they are doing a great job and that their effort is much appreciated. Their leaders also need to hear that they have a great asset on their team.

I am happy to have met Brian and most certainly will stay in touch with him as we build the next chapter of our lives in Wisconsin. If there is anyone I know who needs land, Brian will be my recommendation to them.

Clyde truly went above and beyond when he sold us our property. Buying property can feel very intimidating, but Clyde took care of everything and broke it all down for us which made the process very easy. He is a wealth of knowledge and will be helping me with some strategic plans on hunting, etc. I really like the fact that he wasn't there just to get his money and bounce. Instead he has kept in contact with us anytime we have had a question. This is customer service at it's finest and Whitetail Properties should feel privileged to have him employed. For over 5 years our religious order had tried to sell a large hunting and fishing property in Missouri and we had used the traditional real estate brokers….all with no results.  However, on a cold call, Clayton Blum came to visit me and within seven months our property was sold for a good price.  Clayton and Jeff Heil were both very professional and went above and beyond in their efforts to sell our property.  I would highly recommend Whitetail Properties and plan to use them in the future for other property sales.

My husband Jason and I found our perfect 41 acre property in Putnam county with Bill. We wanted a property to build our future home on and also for my husband to hunt. Bill took the time to show us multiple properties, but once we found this one, we knew it was it! Bill walked the property with us and was knowledgeable about the vegetation and hunting capacity of the property, which was very important to my husband. We initially missed out on the property due to circumstances outside of our and Bill’s control, we were all very disappointed. However, a couple months later, an opportunity presented itself to make another offer on the property. Bill jumped all over it and was sure to follow-up and make sure that we had our chance…and we got it! If it wasn’t for Bill taking the time to work hard for us we may have never gotten our dream land. Gabe met every expectation and high standard we'd held/desired for him going into the sale of my farm/home - couldn't have been happier with the outcome in every aspect.
