My husband and I have been searching for the right property in the area for 7 years. We were never in a hurry as the intention was to build and retire in a few years. We saw an online listing for a property with a hunting lodge. We connected with Kyle to take a look at that property. From the moment we met him, we connected with his love of land and nature, and he hiked the original property with us. We made an offer, and ultimately, it was not accepted, but what a blessing in disguise! Through that process of walking the land with Kyle, he HEARD exactly what we were desiring and how we wanted to live and create a home. He called us shortly after and asked that we take a look at a very special piece of property. When we got there, I had an immediate connection to the land and knew in my bones it was perfect. Kyle was also confident and easygoing in that he knew what to show us and when to let us just soak it all up in silence. This piece of land was being sold by a sweet lady with a history with it, and Kyle drove me to meet her too! Kyle was incredibly communicative throughout the offer process and worked hard to ensure that we, as the buyers and the sweet lady as the seller, felt good about the negotiations. Kyle has kept in touch, and we look forward to the future as we build and share that dream with Kyle one day.
