Most recently, I partnered with Whitetail Properties in an effort to auction off 125 acres of farm ground in Plymouth County, Iowa. Clay Anderson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Providing me with information on surrounding land sales, designing a mailer that was sent to farmers throughout Plymouth County and beyond, and guiding me through my contract with Whitetail Properties. I completely trusted Clay as he was sincerely concerned about my late parent's ground selling for top dollar. Clay organized the auction from top to bottom, including locating the perfect space to house all the farmers who showed up that day. The auction team with Whitetail Properties was absolutely fantastic. They were prepared, professional, and extremely friendly! It is no surprise that my auction with Whitetail Properties went incredibly well!
