Clayton was on vacation, but still called us as soon as he saw the property listed since it joined ours. Having him think of us and call right away made the difference for us being able to get it under contract. We were able to look at the property that evening and Clayton helped us to get the contract and include the contingency. He helped when the listing agent included misleading information and we were able to renegotiate and clarify before closing. Clayton was by our side the entire time and treated us like family. It really took the stress off of purchasing when you have a knowledgeable land specialist there to help!
