I had a great job opportunity in Utah, and I jumped on it back in March. I made the move with my wife short notice. I reached out to Tre to help me list and sell my property. I packed up and left all of it up to Tre to get it sold. He got the word out fast, and we had offers within the first week. He maintained the property while it was listed such as mowing, cleaning it up, checking on it, etc. I did not have to do anything, and him and Dalton took care of everything. It was a huge stress release off my back as I was across the country and working my new job. I appreciate the almost weekly updates form both of them. When the time came to sell, Tre could not have made it any smoother. He sent over the paperwork for me to sign and walked me through the entire process. I am not a big believer in coincidences, so having Tre to lean on and pick his brain on how to go about selling Dad and Mom's farm was a BLESSING BEYOND BELIEF! He walked my wife and I through each step along the way! I cannot share enough how much easier the whole process was thanks to Tre. My Dad and Mom owned this 144+ acres since 1965. It is not easy to say goodbye to a place that you call home and have many fond memories of!

I am confident and at peace knowing that Tre was helping us and believe wholeheartedly that my Dad and Mom would have been fond of him and his work as well! Ironically, thanks in large part to Tre, one parcel of Dad and Mom's property was sold to a high school classmate of mine and I was able to reconnect with her and her husband on this sale.
