"A little background: I buy land, improve it, and often subdivide it in an effort to create rural build sites, create higher percent tillable row crop farms, or simply create improved rec. farms for people to enjoy. I have had this hobby for over 20 years, but it has grown into a full-time effort over the last 5 years, where I have purchased several thousand acres and improved, subdivided, and resold land. As such, I have crossed paths with Travis.

Travis contacted me last summer on a 120-acre listing he had in southern Johnson County, MO, along O Hwy. We got the farm under contract, purchased, improved, and subdivided it, and re-listed multiple tracts to be sold with Travis.

Within a very short amount of time, Travis had two tracts under contract and closed, and just a few months later he had the remaining tracts under contract, and just last week we closed on the last tract, wrapping up the entire project in about 6 months.

I am impressed with Travis. When I buy a farm to improve and resell, I view the effort as more than a transaction. The process involves multiple different people, and to be successful at what I do, I have to have a team of people who are among the best in the industry, most importantly a listing agent, and I rate Travis among the best. His marketing efforts - from the property photos to the narratives of the various tracts, signage, etc. were all of excellent quality. His communication is also on point, and I always felt like I knew where Travis was with various showings, inquiries, etc. Even if it was a "slow" week, Travis would give me a weekly update to keep me in the loop.

Travis has earned my confidence and trust in his ability to market real estate. Because of that, I am excited to continue to work with Travis on other deals in west-central Missouri in 2026 and beyond. Real estate agents are everywhere. Excellent real estate agents are very hard to find.
