He explained everything, walked us through the process step-by-step, answered a lot of questions, didn't put any pressure on us to do anything or make any decisions before we were ready. Ironically him and his family lived in the same neighborhood (which we didn't know until we asked if we could see it) but he truly was such a fantastic counselor/advisor - he was the one who said we should look in the Johns and James island areas, and he was 100% right.
