Tondo was exceptional! He made a very difficult experience in dealing with a seller, manageable. He went way past what anyone could ask for in an agent. From running down contracts for pond building, finding the neighbors’ names and contact info, to researching mineral right contracts. I just can’t say enough good things about how he handled himself and the situation in general. I could tell from day one, that he shares my love of the outdoors. Once the land purchase was final, he continued to contact me to see what improvements I was working on or had finished. He even showed up to help with one of my projects.
