  • I have to say that Greg was the ultimate professional when it came to getting this land deal done. He always kept us informed about the paperwork that had to be snail mailed back and forth. I'm sure it was a tedious job for him as the other party didn't have technology resources at hand. That being said I thought he did a wonderful job with those circumstances and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Matter of fact I did, and he sold that property also. You are fortunate to have a guy like Greg working on your team.

  • We never took the time to thank you on the transaction, so I'm doing so now. I'm just so glad that you were able to take some time out on that Tuesday to run up and take care of us so we could get our offer in. If not, we may have lost out. I feel we are finally settled in out there after owning it a month now. We have the furniture all in and everything is the way that we want it. It was like buying for a whole new house. We got the lawn all squared up and the trees trimmed. I did clearing on the riverbank to open it up, so the whole place is like a park now. The only downside is all of the grass I have to mow. But I have it down to 1.5 hrs, so it’s not horrible. The wife has even caught some nice catfish on the bank. The place is so "quiet" at night out there. There are no cars, trains or other noises we here in town. The only thing that we hear is the loud chirping of the frogs.... exactly what we love about the place. So I wanted to say thanks for making this happen and let you know we didn't forget about you. Stop by and visit. If the gate is open, we are home.

  • I would like to let you know about the service I received from Bruce Witte. I owned 65 acres in Jackson County and it had been on the Market with another realtor for 6 years with very little activity or interest. I assumed it was because of the economy and a slow real estate market. I noticed that Bruce had listed some property near mine and I decided to give him a call. I liked what I heard and I listed my property with him. Bruce had the property listed for approximately a year. During that year, we had a lot of interested parties but we had a state trail that ran through the property making it difficult to sell. In April we received an offer that went to the title company and that’s when we found out we had an access issue with the property. Bruce went above and beyond his job as a realtor to help me get this issue resolved. He went out of his way to take pictures and measurements that I would need to put on my application for an easement with the DNR. Bruce put me in touch with the appropriate people whether it was the Real Estate agent for the DNR or Melanie from the title company to make sure I knew exactly what needed to be done to clear the title and we ended up closing on the property yesterday. I can’t thank Bruce enough for everything he did to sell this difficult listing not only will I use him in the future but I would recommend him to anyone that needs to buy or sell real estate!
